History
The Jinpeng group actually comprises of Jiangsu Jimai New Energy Vehicle Industry Co. Ltd., established in 2018, which is a Chinese manufacturer specializing in mini electric vehicles (EVs) and related components. This subsidiary acquired the Xinkai brand of I.C.E. cars in 2018, which sold some cars in Chile under the Autorrad brand but didn't continue producing cars under that brand.
