The rights to the Ebro brand were acquired by EcoPower Automative in 2023. EcoPower Automative was renamed to EV Motors and entered an agreement with the chinese Chery group in 2024 to produce chinese car / SUV models in Spain under a CKD system at first.
Plans are to manufacture from scratch in the coming years.
