History
Amberavto is the new brand created by Avtotor, originally a factory producing other brands' models under joint-ventures, notably with GM, Hyundai, Kia, Chery and BMW in the past, but now with Dongfeng, JMC (Jiangling Motors) and NAC (NAVECO, part of the Nanjing Automobile Corporation producing the Yuejin line of trucks).
The A5 is Avtotor first model under the Amberavto brand.
